Hi, I'm Ben Orenstein!
I'm a tech founder, political writer, and community builder. If any of those things blow your hair back too, I'd love to meet you!

What I'm Working On
How I'm currently spending my time and energy.
Finding a Partner
I'm looking for someone smart, funny, and warm who wants to have children.
Read my date-me docA blog covering local politics and community issues in Somerville, where I investigate and report on matters that impact our community.
Visit the siteA community for friendly, ambitious people who want to be a bit more vulnerable, connect meaningfully, and build a thriving social scene. We eat dinner together every Sunday, co-work together on Wednesdays, and we're even running a peer-to-peer university where members teach each other about their passions and expertise.
Learn moreAbout Me
After five years as co-founder and CEO of Tuple, I stepped back from day-to-day operations to explore what's next. So far, my answer is getting involved in local politics, growing a community, and continuing to collect new hobbies (lately: jiu jitsu and pencil portaiture).
I'm firmly planted in Somerville, Massachusetts; one of the Commonwealth's finest cities. I care deeply about building more housing and creating communities where kind, smart, ambitious people can thrive together.
